These terms cover your use of this website and the Snap n List waitlist. Please read them — they're short, and they're honest about the fact that the product does not exist yet.
The most important thing on this page: Snap n List has not been built. This site is a test to gauge interest. Nothing here is a promise that the product will launch, or that it will work, look, or be priced the way this site describes.
By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Snap n List is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Illinois, United States ("we", "us").
This site describes a product that is in development and not available. The interactive demo on the home page runs on hard-coded example data — the card names, prices, sales counts and trends shown are illustrative and are not live market data. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, reserve anything, or entitle you to the product.
We may change, delay, or abandon this project at any time without notice. Features, pricing and availability described here — including any free allowance or monthly price — are provisional and may change entirely before launch.

Snap n List is intended to show what trading cards have recently sold for. Any price it shows — now or in future — is an estimate based on past sales, not a valuation, an appraisal, a guarantee, or financial or investment advice. Card markets move, listings vary in condition and authenticity, and what something sold for yesterday is not what yours will sell for. You are solely responsible for how you price, list and sell your own cards, and for any gain or loss that results.
Snap n List is designed to help you prepare and post listings on marketplaces operated by other companies. Those marketplaces have their own terms, fees and rules, and you remain responsible for complying with them. We are not a party to your transactions, we don't handle your sales, and we have no control over any marketplace's decisions about your account or listings.
Snap n List is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, eBay, Whatnot, Mercari, TCGplayer, Meta, or any other marketplace or rights holder. Card names, set names, marketplace names and any other trademarks appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe what the tool does.
The design, text and code of this site are ours. Please don't copy them.
If you join the waitlist, you're asking us to email you about this product. We'll keep that to a minimum, and every email will have an unsubscribe link. How we handle your address is covered in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
We may update these terms as the project develops. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located there.
