Effective 30 August 2026
Snap n List is an early-stage project run by an individual. Right now the only thing this site does is collect email addresses from people who want to hear when it launches. This page explains what is collected, why, and how to get it removed.
The short version: if you join the waitlist, we keep your email address so we can tell you when the product is ready. We don't sell it, we don't advertise with it, and you can have it deleted at any time by emailing jschaefers20@gmail.com.
Snap n List is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Illinois, United States. For privacy questions, or to have your information deleted, contact jschaefers20@gmail.com.
If you fill out the waitlist form, we collect what you type into it — at minimum your email address, plus any optional details the form asks for, such as what you sell or which marketplaces you use. The form is hosted by Google Forms, and responses are stored in Google Sheets under our Google account.
This site is a static page. It does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking pixels, and does not store anything in your browser. Our host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.
The page loads fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser contacts Google's servers
and your IP address is visible to Google as part of that request. If you would rather that
didn't happen, blocking fonts.gstatic.com will not break the site's function.
We do not sell your personal information, share it with advertisers, or use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, and only for the purposes above:
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If the project is ever sold or transferred, waitlist data may transfer with it — you would be told before that happened.
We keep waitlist entries until the product launches and you've had a reasonable chance to take up the offer, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If the project is abandoned, we delete the waitlist. You do not have to wait for either — ask and it's gone.
Wherever you live, you can email us and ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we'll do it. Depending on where you live you may also have specific legal rights:
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your data, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Because we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, which won't affect anything done before you withdrew it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
You have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
To exercise any of this, email jschaefers20@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll take care of it. There's no charge.
This site is not intended for children. You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us their information, email us and we will delete it promptly.
This site is served over HTTPS and collects nothing directly — the form and the responses live in Google's systems, protected by our account credentials and two-factor authentication. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but the amount of data involved is deliberately small: an email address and whatever you chose to tell us.
Snap n List is in development and this policy will change as the product does — particularly once accounts, payments, and marketplace connections exist. The effective date at the top will change when it does. If a change materially affects people already on the waitlist, we'll email them.
Questions, deletion requests, or anything else: jschaefers20@gmail.com.
